Tips About Procedures

 

For carry out orders, please be ready to provide a name and contact number. We accept cash or credit/debit.

 

For delivery orders, please be ready to provide a valid phone number and delivery address. We accept cash or credit/debit. If paying by credit/debit, please provide card details over phone. Once your delivery arrives, please show your credit/debit card and ID for cardholder identification. If paying with large bills, please mention during phone order placement to ensure that delivery driver has proper change.

 

 

 

 

 

Changes to your order must be requested before your order begins cooking. Inconvenience fees incur if a request is made after your order has been completed. This is to facilitate quality and efficient service to all of customers.

 

Once food has been contaminated, no returns, refunds, or food credit are allowed. Partial refunds and food credit are given on a case-by-case basis. Full refunds are rare, as we strongly believe in our employees' abilities to provide excellent service. We strive to get your order right the first time.
